Your Data Rights
1. Right to Access (Article 15)
You have the right to request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.

You can correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data at any time.
Edit Your Profile3. Right to Erasure (Article 17) - "Right to be Forgotten"
You can request deletion of your personal data. We will delete your data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.
Request Deletion4. Right to Data Portability (Article 20)
You can receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (JSON).
Available from your account settings once implemented.
How to Exercise Your Rights
1. Self-Service Options
You can manage most of your data directly from your account:
- Update personal information: Account Settings → Profile
- Export resumes: Resume Dashboard → Export
- Delete resumes: Resume Dashboard → Delete
- Delete account: Account Settings → Delete Account
2. Email Requests
For requests that cannot be handled through self-service, email us at:
Please include "GDPR Request" in the subject line and specify which right you wish to exercise.
3. Response Time
We will respond to your request within 30 days (1 month) as required by GDPR. If we need more time, we will inform you and explain why.
