Payment Terms

Free Plan

CVBuilder offers a free plan with limited features. Free plan users can create and manage resumes with basic templates and export options.

Paid Plans

Premium features are available through our paid subscription plans:

• All paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice

Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, please contact our support team within 14 days of purchase for assistance.

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You engage in illegal or fraudulent activity
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period

Effects of Termination

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CVBuilder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability. We shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data or content due to service interruptions or account termination
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
• Temporary unavailability of the Service due to maintenance or technical issues
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers

Governing Law
